We organise all property care across four primary seasons — each with its own mandates, prep windows, and critical checklists.
1. Winter
- Weekly snow and ice response

- Emergency readiness: storm prep, fuel check, generator test

- Basic Members get full seasonal walkthroughs aligned with each calendar shift.
- Premium Members are checked weekly, with season-specific items slotted proactively.
Dani manages the scheduling, our operators handle the work, and every action is logged, photographed, and documented.

Holiday & Event Prep
For properties that host guests or customers — homes, rentals, clinics, cafés — we offer timed enhancements:
